HOW DO I CHANGE MY DETAILS?

You can update your details at any time within the app by going to:
More > Settings > My Details.
The Settings icon is a small gear found in the More menu; More is located in the bottom right-hand corner of the App.  

DO I NEED TO PAY FOR ANYTHING?

If you have a company or gym subscription, you don’t pay a thing. We offer discounted packages as well, for your friends and family.

WILL MY COMPANY SEE MY RESULTS?

No. We tell your company how many people are using the app, as an aggregate figure only.  All of your personal data remains private and under your control. You can edit or delete it in your settings or by writing to us at data@revoola.com

DO I NEED EXTRA EQUIPMENT?
No. You can start using the app immediately. We do recommend a generic heart-rate monitor to track your REV count, but it’s not essential. You may also want to use a towel or mat for some activities.
HOW DO I CONNECT MY BLUETOOTH SENSOR?
Open Revoola:
  •  Click Start, choose Mind, Body or Open workout.
  • Select your class or activity. Decide if you are streaming or downloading your class.
  • The list of available Bluetooth connections will appear directly below the class description on the class launch page.
  • Click on the Bluetooth heart rate sensor required. You will see a blue tick next to the HRM Heart icon to show that the device is properly connected.
  • Then select GO. This takes you to the class 5 second countdown. To check to that your device is connected you will see your heart rate on the screen next to the heart icon. Enjoy your class.
